A Super Flower Moon will rise this may. Its set to be one of the largest and brightest full moons of the year so far. It’s the season for Rebirth and Renewal, it’s the time for self-care, release and intention setting. This full moon has some powerful energy and is calling for us to take the time to give ourselves the care we need to attain those goals and dreams. Join me on Thursday the 23rd of May for our last outdoor session of the season where we will immerse ourselves into deep rhythmic breathing and will then transcend into Sound Bath which will take us beyond the limits of ordinary experience.
