Vinyasa Flow Class! A moving meditation class where you seamlessly move from one asana to another, while being fully aware of every breath you take. The class will let you experience freedom in its full glory, releasing unnecessary emotions, energy & thoughts and help you revitalize your mind and body. We’ll link movement to breath at a slow to moderate pace, with a dynamic mix of asanas which will help in building a strong core, and improving body & mind balance. All levels are welcome to join in finding their flow! Note: hands on adjustments will be offered. *Bring your own mat
